Thanks guys, my dist was set wrong. Now she runs like a bat out of hell. Way faster than the stock l98 I am used to.
So before I pdx sat I figured id put new brake pads and change brake fluid also. While I had the wheels off I also changed my back tires to the front.
Now when I went to do a heat cycle on the new pads first the pedal didn't resist but then firmed up. When I accelerate (way more power with new manifold) the car pulls to the right and I feel like it is wobbly like not enough air in the tires or something.
Then when I brake, it rocks the car. It feels like as if one side starts to pull and I correct and the other starts to pull. I don't feel sturdy on the road in acceleration or braking.
Could this be pads wearing in, the tires that were rotated have to settle to the new spot, or something else...
rotate the tires back and see if it still does it. sounds like a slipped belt inside a tire(s), could be other things also, but that will eliminate the tires as the cause. something else you can do is pull the abs fuse, that will eliminate the abs as the problem or identify it as the problem
