Default bought a lowered lt4, have questions

I am buying a lowered lt4, it seems that just the front was lowered though. Could this cause problems or will it be o.k. If it would cause problems how much work would it be to o put it back to normal? Otherwise would I be best just lowering the rear instead.

Get the bolt set from MAD (not much $$ and 1/2hr to install), drop the rear a little and see how you like it. That will keep the air dam off the pavement and you can likely restore the original rake.

To raise the front you may need thicker shims or new springs depending on how it was lowered.

Are you sure it was lowered? On mine, the front was always lower than the rear. I lowered the rear to make the car look more even.

See my sig pic. Mine is very much lowered. Depending on what they did (if anything) you may have to buy another spring. The rims on my car are 17" all round with factory sized tires so you can get a good idea on where it sits. After you get the car & if you want to tear it down & check I wrote a artical on removing the front spring. It's in the Tech Tips area.....
