I have not said anything.... but I have yanked power from my 90 well over at least 300 times. I never had any thing where it gave me any ****. stock, modded, modded on a stock ship. modded on 2 other modded chips.... Nothing.
Your problem is somewhere else.
or the new ecm is junk as well.

Standard practice on ECM vehicles: let it idle 3-4 minutes if the battery has been disconnected.
If an injector change on a Vette & IIRC Jon @ FIC wants it to idle 15 minutes on the first start up.
