..... What year is it ? On the early L98 cars its on the firewall to the outside of the brake booster ... behind the battery ... both of those relays are the same and both are for the MAF ........

Just changed mine this past weekend on my 86. Behind the battery where C409 said. Replace both of them - $30. One powers the MAF and one powers the burn off at shutdown, but they work together.
Autozone showed no hits - tell them they are the same as the fuel pump relay.

just did mine on my 86. They are NOT the same. Aftermarket relays use the same part numbers, but go to rock auto and get AC/Delco ones. 2 different part numbers

The burnoff relay is 10094701. It has 2 orange wires in the connector.

The power relay is 10067925. It has more wires.

Good to know about the part numbers - Thabks.
But- according to my FSM, the only difference is that the fuel pump relay has an extra terminal (D) that the Burn Off relay does not have (at least internally) and the MAF Power relay is the same internally (as the FP relay). They function the same for the purpose needed.

I hate leaving my vette sitting due to waiting on parts.

i hear you about waiting for parts. I've had really good luck with rock auto though. Took less than 2 days to get the relays from them.
