Default ok problems... need help...

ok so one day i go and turn on the corvette. i notice that the coolant low light is on, which is weird because i just did a full flush and brand new coolant. so i open the radiator cap, and there was absolutely no water/coolant left in the container nor as the reservoir. so i just do a test fill of nothing but water, it took me like a good 3-4 minutes of water to fill it back up while on. i then sat and waited for an hour of watching it, and no leaks anywhere, i just turned off the car and took my corolla instead. about a few more days later, i turn it back on and it started and sounded alright, so i drove it. once i stepped on the gas it kind of spudder and putted but went along as always but his worried me, so i looked at all the gauges and they were all still low because i had just turned the car on, but once i accelerated the car, i notice that the oil pressure gauge would shoot up fast to the top and when i let of the accelerator it will drop back down to nothing. so i turned around after half a mile or so, and drove back, still spudder and feels like if you had bad gas in the tank feel. so i went home, popped the hood and watched the engine run. it sounded normal, until i pulled back on the throttle a little and you can hear the spudder then once i got it higher it'll sound like its miss-firing? so i turned it off again, and left it alone for a few more days. soon after i started it back up and same thing as last, drove it around this time for about quarter tank to empty, and filled it back up and same thing, spudder put putting... once i got back home, i notice the low coolant light again, checked it and empty again, but the water temp was always in the right spot on the gauge. now what i am thinking is that there is a blown head gasket with some blow by? so i checked the exhaust and had my father gas it, and there wasn't any white smoke, but when you turn the car off and back on itll poof out just a little, just a little bit of white smoke... so i am guessing it is a little rip on my head gasket, what do you guys think? or could it be another problem, sorry for making the story so long, i know some hates it, but i felt as though it will be better to explain the problem with high regards in detail, once again im in your care and thank you all for your time.

Unfortunately....I vote head gasket. You might want to try a pressure test on the coolant system. Check the oil and see if you have too much in crankcase and or white foam...signs of coolant in the oil. Also check under the passenger area to see if heater core is leaking and soaking the carpet.

The coolant is going somewhere and if there are not any signs of leakage.....points towards a head gasket.

ok thanks, yeah the heater core just got replaced to a new one like a month ago, i had a shop do it, but i checked it today, and yes unfortunately i flushed the fluids out, filled it up with water and there was oil in the water... so i did a compression test and found out that it was the head gasket... thanks again, i just wanted to know for sure, and now i do. again thanks for your time.

Check very carefully the "weep" hole in the water pump. The pumps will sometimes leak as the engine cools down. Look/feel around the bottom of the pump for coolant or white "crust". If the pump is leaking/seeping on the opti distributor that MAY be your running issue.
