I changed the EGR, reset the computer, and the car runs better, BUT after 12 miles at 2000 RPMS, it happens again the light comes on and that nasty code 32 reappeared...... Did I forget to do something ??

Maybe you have a broken wire or faulty EGR temp sensor.
If the ECM does not see the sensor close when it is supposed to ;it will give the same code as a faulty EGR valve.
Code 32 indicates a malfunctioning EGR valve, a malfunctioning EGR temperature diagnostic switch, or an open or short to ground in circuit #935 or #999 (depending on year and model).
My 90 is also code 32 sensitive. When I have time will tune it out as Flame Red suggested.
In the mean time when the SES lights up while driving I put the trans in neutral, shut the engine off & coast for 4-5 seconds. Restart & its good to go, maybe for the rest of the day.
Just a reminder if you attempt the rolling restart, just kill the ignition do not lock the steering wheel :~)
