The guy said i have a rear main seal leak :mad :cuss ..What you guys think it dont leave no oil marks in driveway and my dipstick never shows any loss of oil..
This is just a oil change place were i bring my oil so now im wondering if i should have the dealer look at it
It could be coming from the back of the intake or blowing back from the front of the engine. Clean it off good and keep an eye on it to see where it's leaking. :yesnod:

Oh yeah, these minimum wage earners are all ASE qualified to make these types of diagnosis?? You already answered your own question.
Good grief, don't pay those idiots to change your oil, they'll put on a cheap-azz junk filter and prolly pour in dinosaur juice while charging you for synthetic. It's so easy to change the LT1 oil, just a pair of Rhino Ramps and 10 minutes is all you need.
Wife had tires put on her work commuter yesterday (Dodge Neon), she comes home telling me they also gave her "a deal" on oil change thrown in for $18.96. My immediate reaction was  her being a petite blonde in a Neon and knowing how shops can be sometimes with female customers. Of course I had to inspect the work... found that they didn't put on a new filter-- left the old one installed :cuss azz-holes.
I always put in mobil1 5/30 and a delco duraguard filter. Last time i went in there one kid took my tranny dipstick out and immediatly said it smelled burt.. I just had my tranny flushed to weeks earlier by the dealer and they said it was perfect :blueangel: ... Seems like everytime i go in there they got some :bs to say..
yes it is still possible that you may have a seal leak even when you dont lose oil. Those are the good kinds of leaks. However, you may get some oil past the clutch housing and into your clutch disk which will cause your clutch to slip.
Quik oil change horror story. My buddy has a rare 396 big block 65 Vette, Shemp the shop **** at the fast oil change place looses the air cleaner wing nut. So being diligent he replaces it. He then starts the motor and you can guess the rest of the story. They did however pay for the rebuild, but still. Moral of the story stay the hell out of those places. He was in a hurry to leave town, he never left.

By the way, Eamador, I work in Livingston, NJ. I commute on Rt.10 everyday so there may be a chance that I've seen you around there.
