C5 brake upgrade
I just had a thought, isn't baer's entry level kit made with the C5 caliper, and it's cheaper?? Don't get me wrong, I like the look of the C5 calipers better than the Baer capliers but if their cheaper... :confused:

The entry level baer is made with the same caliper as the grandsport or big break option. They are far less powerful than a c5 and have slimmer rotors. Compared to the GS brakes, they are also overpriced and don't have corvette written on them.

Ok thanks that makes sense now. I thought I had read in GMHTP that baer's entry level system had a C5 caliper in it, and I could'nt figure out why you would buy the C5 upgrade when the baer system was half the price. (beside having corvette written on the calipers :cool: )
