High Fuel Pressure
I checked the fuel pressure and i get 45 PSI in the on position and then a drop to 42 PSI.
When I attempt to start the car I get 45 PSI again and another drop to 42 PSI.
I attempted to put air in the fuel tank to clear any possible clogging in the fuel lines previous to checking the pressure. I did bleed it after but maybe there is still air present giving me high pressure?
Maybe the Fuel Pressure Regulator is not working correctly?
Any suggestions on what I need to do? Thanks.

Nonetheless, I had the same problem and it ended up being the fusible link behind battery - it powers fuel pump and ECM. I was getting 3 volts through mine.
