I have this weird clicking noise that I only hear at operating temp and between 500-1700 rpm after that I can't hear it anymore. It bothers me and I would love to not hear it anymore. Any help would be great!
If it's in the engine compartment, a ticking noise is often vallvetrain related. Use a stethescope or noise conductor to isolate the noise. If it's under valvecovers, pull the cover and check for anything unusual (broken spring etc). Check lifter preload.
Could it be a relay or solenoid? A mechanic's stethoscope is useful for checking out this kind of noise. There is also the old classic: use a piece of hose and hold one end up to your ear and poke around the engine with the other end.

I actually have one injector that is excessively louder than the rest.
A screw driver works pretty well to find noises too. Place the end against the part that you think is clicking, then put your ear against the handle. You'll look like a dork, but it works. I have 2 shotglasses connected by an old piece of vacuume tube.
One thing that I always keep in mind is the higher pitch the tap, the further up in the motor it is. If it's a deeper "thunk", then it's further down.
Well i thought it was valve train but i just pulled off valve covers and readjusted rocker arms. Its not valve train because it all sounds normal to me. It could be injectors as i put my wood hammer up against some and they click really loud. Also, if it was a clacking lifter would i be able to hear it well if i used my hammer on the valve cover? Thanks.
