I got it!!!
I got my headlights working again. I narrowed it down to the control module that contains the points that make the motors turn. One of the two transistors was burnt. I ordered a replacement from mouser.com and changed it. The part # is BUZ10. I put it back together and VOILA! Save $130! I just thought i would let you guys know just incase one of your headlights wont flip because the motor wont turn at all. C ya round. :seeya
