Have you reed your sparkplugs to see how they look? Without some data logging, dyno tuning or Air/fuel readings from a sensor it will be hard to do. If the motor is running good there should be no reason to change it from stock. I am running a 425-450hp 383ci with all the mods you mentioned and then some and I still have stock fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator. That is not to say I have no gains to make from adjusting the pressure but my tuner said everything was within specs. I wouldn't run to much more than stock especially with largerfuel ingectors, It is possible to wash the sidewalls of your cylinders and creat other issues from over rich conditions. I don't have my manual in front of me but I believe 40-43 psi is a good starting point. This is just my 2-cents and I am only a shade tree mechanic
Yea, car runs lean, white plugs. Miss under load, fuel trims bounce around. Do not remember numbers. Would like to get a good dyno tune, however, can not find a good place around OKC. Even willing to take a road trip. The miss is slight at idle, smooths out a bit WOT, heavy hesitation and surging under load at constant speed around 12-2000 RPM.
