Replace stock cats with Magnaflows. Prepurchase on web...or find a local muffler shop who'll sell at online pricing (which would be better to avoid shipping fees).
Use AllenCorvetteStainless front Y-pipe. Maybe rear Y-pipe too.
Finish with no mufflers or glass packs.
Hard to get under $500. May be too loud w/o front or main converter. Mufflers aren't really any cheaper (expect glass packs).
