Polyurethane Bushing Gap
I am installing a set of Energy Suspension bushings in the rear of my '91 and when I insert the two halves into the dogbone there is approximately a 0.09 to 0.10 inch gap in the middle between the bushing halves. Is this supposed to be this way? Also, it looks like the metal sleeve is just shorter than it needs to be. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks, guys. Tech support was still open and I called them and he said that was there on purpose for the deflection and some deformation that takes place after a few hundred miles. Also the metal sleeves were about 0.05" shorter than the two bushing halves in the control rods and he also said that was supposed to be that way as well, and once the bushing takes a set everything will be good.
