My Blue '94 consistently ran 13.4s and even dipped as low as a 13.2 @ 106 with stock converter and 2.59 gears. It had no problem tearing loose a set of 315/35/17 Michelin Pilot Sports. Only mods were long tube headers, SLP claw (which I don't reccomend), and Borla cat-back. Valve covers were never removed from the motor (no engine mods).
I did more autocrossing that drag racing with it, and the 2.59s worked great for me there. It would do 72 mph in 1st gear, so I never had to shift on most courses and it had all the torque needed to slide the rear around at will.

Thanks ZBRA, my point to the original poster, before the flaming. his car, as Tom said, needs a baseline, to determine where his HP went. I am not really advocating low cost "mods" I would just say he should see how to improve his pumps in and out breathing, and check his throttle position. My Lt-1 pulls fine, and its solid. Best, Derek
The only result you will get from modifying the stock MAF is a screwed up tune. The stock MAF is sufficient for most if not all highly modified and stoked LTx engines.
