Turning on the juice
I,ve got just boltons and 1.6 rocker. I,ve installed a Digital-6 plus box and when 2 steps colder for plugs. Now for the fun part the car can with a hypertech chip. Can i still run the chip and pull timing threw the digital-6 box..Cheers

I had 3 of these go out on me on my 93. It left me with a no-start condition requiring tow home (until the 3rd time I bypassed it).
If you are running 100 shot (or less) on a good system like NX Wet setup, you wont need timing retard (on stock timing). Im not sure what the hypertech chip does for your timing. You may need to verify that first.
You also need to make sure that you dont spray nitrous after the fuel-cutoff (stock is around 5800 rpm) has been reached. Youll want to put in a window switch to prevent that.
Finally, guys who have run nitrous on lt1's above 100 HP shot have run into detonation troubles resulting in broken ring lands requiring engine rebuild.
The common denominator to these seems to be that they all had stock fuel system pumps. Putting a walbro 255 l/hr racetronix kit (w/ the racetronix relay and heavy gauge wiring) in place of your stock fuel pump is cheap insurance that you will never run out of fuel and go lean - causing detonation.
Yes, go colder spark plugs (As you;ve done) NGK TR6's or colder.
Obviously you want a bottle heater and pressure gauge that you can see.
Go with a good quality 'wet' system. I recommend NX.
Be aware that they recommend their fuel jet sizes conservatively and that you will want to get onto the dyno and put the next size (or two) smaller fuel jets in there in order to get an AFR around 12.0:1 or so to make the advertised 100 whp increase you are trying to achieve.
Oh yeah... and relocate your inlet air temp probe upstream of the nitrous/fuel nozzles. you dont want to spray cold nitrous on this and have your car's computer richen the system un-necessarily.
My biggest frustration with nitrous was these 2 issues:
1. You make more power on a full tank than a less-than-full tank. Even if you use a bottle heater to spray at the exact same PSI.
2. Instead of torque building as rpm increases, torque falls off rapidly due to less cylinder fill time.
If you look at my posts in this section. You will see one I posted in september showing 3 dyno graphs N/A, nitrous and then supercharger to show you how this happens.
All this said, I ran my fastest ET's w/ juice. (though i need to run my latest supercharged combo at the track) So juice apparently works.
