Got a couple suggestions:

Lamar Walden
Grimes Automotive and Machine

Both have been in business for a long time in the area.
A member of the Corvette club I belong too has had Grimes do two engines for him. One was a 350 L98 and the other was a Race engine for his 63. I'll be calling both for my 383 rebuild to see how comfortable I am with them.

Watcha gonna do with the car with that monster engine?

Thanks, will give them a call after the new year.

I plan on trying to have a dual set-up for the weekend fun of drags (ATL dragway & Renolds raceway) and road race at Road Atlanta. We'll see how that works out.....
