Default Blinking Cargo lights and the warning lights

I have two issues with my 1993 Corvette, I have bought the extended warranty but I am unsure if these problems would be covered. I can fix it if I knew what was wrong. Thanks for any advice at all.

The cargo light located directly behind each seat pulsate with the radio while the vehicle is going and when the vette is turned off, they blink on and off at regular intervals. I have been going back out after awhile and opening the trunk and this usually turns thems off.

My other issue is: My car has only 65,000 miles on it, but if I hit a bumpy road while braking and turning at the same time the service engine light comes on along with the abs and asr lights. If I stop the vette and turn it off and then back on the lights go off, but I know these issues aren't right.
Could someone help me out ? thanks and happy new year.

Check your grounds. Make sure they're all clean and tight. There are about 10 grounds on your car. Your need a FSM (Factory Service Manual) to find all of them.

These ground diagrams are for an '86, but they should be pretty much the same for your car (click on the pictures to get a larger view):

Bad grounds are the most common source of multiple electrical problems.

Default Thanks

I will go through it tomorrow and tighten or check all the grounds,, I have Service Manual, I always have on every vehicle they are worth their weight in gold.
I appreciate the advice,, By the way were you sayning that loose grounds were the cause of both problems? It makes sense on the service engine, asr and bsr lights, But not the steady blinking of the two cargo lights located right behind the seats. They groove to the radio when it's running and then blink steady after I turn it off.
thanks stanbob

Does sound like a ground issue. You could also try reseting the hatch closed switch. it's slightly to left of the catch. little round plasctic head. If you pull up on it (you will need to pull pretty hard) it will extend to as shipped. When you close the hatch it sets to contact level of the hatch to ensure closed equals lights off.

Are you aware that the interior lights go off on a 15-minute delay? Could be there is an issue with the circuit, which has a relay in it, and once the timer runs out, then they will go out. Is the radio original?

Re the service and brake lights- Are those lights off except under the specific conditions mentioned? Just for the heck of it, you could pull codes from the ECM as well as the CCM, which can be done without tools. Use "search" on this forum for how-to info. These lights could also be triggered by an iffy wheel sensor circuit, or low brake fluid.
