I just thought I would post up some threads to see if anyone in the area is interested in a little track time at Royal Purple Raceway in Baytown on Friday the 13th 
. So far, it looks like there will be a small group of us meeting up out there including my FRC, a C5Z, '06 C6, '00 SS, a '11 Mustang, and a '70 Mach 1.
Should be some of the very limited cool air we get in Houston, and a good opportunity to meet some more gearheads.

Rules per their site:
"•A driveshaft loop is required on all cars running 13.99 (8.59) seconds and quicker, except vehicles running 13.00 and slower equipped with street tires."
I don't know how hard they will reinforce, but those are the rules published.
