Plan on a couple hours. You need to remove the plenum and loosen the runner bolts. Test it with a vacuum pump first to be sure it is bad.

The EGR is under the rear of the plenum; held to the intake base by two 10mm bolts with lock washers. Since you can't get a socket in there you will need a good 6-pt box end wrench. Be sure the EGR gasket comes with the unit.

The EGR Sol. is under the front of the plenum; it's bracket is held by the rear thermostat bolt. The only trick here is removing the vacuum line assembly without breaking those hard (and sometimes brittle) vacuum lines, proceed carefully.

So you will also need the upper runner gaskets and some Torx sockets to remove the plenum to access the EGR stuff.

When you install the plenum be sure to finger start all Torx bolts as it's pretty easy to strip out the Al threads otherwise.
