water pump help?

Default water pump help?

ok as the thread title stated, i am installing the water pump back on my car, its a L98 TPI 1990. i took the pump off about 4 weeks ago, and now im finally back to where im almost done re-installing everything. now my question for right now is, how does the bolts go back into the water pump, i really messed up and didnt write the placements of the bolts. FML ... if anyone can show me a pic of the right placement of the bolts i will really appreciate it .. ill post a picture of the water pump up in a bit to show you all where im at, again thank you, and i look forward to your advice.

here are the pictures of where I am at the moment.

here is the new water pump.

here are the bolts for the water pump, i need to know where these go in the water pump, i am still running everything, so i need to have them in right order on the pump.

The 2 bolts with threaded studs go on the pass side to mount the A/c / idler bracket

rodj thank you very much, i am installing it now, ill keep this thread posted because there might be some stuff that i forgot how to put back together, i look forward to more advice and instruction from everyone. again thank you all for your response.

Default Where does this thing go?

I used to make detailed drawing when I took something apart so I'd know how to put it back together. Still do that but not as much since the digital camera came along. A quick photo now and then can really help later, especially if some time goes by before re-assembly.

Nuts #4 go on studs in WP
Bolts # 3 go into head
Bracket from top rear compressor bolt to exh stud on head ( not shown)
Bracket #6 down to stud on fuel pump block off plate on block
Bracket #5 to WP stud

oh nice... thank you for that vetteoz, that actually makes my next job on the car easier, i have to install the ac next after i tighten the heads... again thank you.
