Brake Rotors
I was going to get a new set of rotors. In the process of searching I am finding that most are made in China or Mexico. I am concerned about the reliability of them. I have had good luck with many Chinese products, however the thought of a Brake Rotor self destructing when trying to panic stop from 80mph, or warping after repeated stops is not pleasent. Anybody have any thoughts or experience?
I don't think GM is using USA made rotors, Austrailia would be fine, since they designed the brake system but I doubt they come from there. This is for an '86.

I thought I got a good deal on 2 front rotors-eBay $67.50 for both with shipping. After reading this post and checking, the box says "Made in China" :mad Now I wonder if I should use them.

I think the GM parts come from Mexico...
