TPI ???
Sometimes my motor hassitates on slow accelaration. What causes this? Is it a fuel stavation issue or just an eratic signal from the TPSensor?

Hard to tell w/o a scanner. Tip in problems can be associated with the TPS, or any number of other problems, perhaps not even with the fuel.
TPS can be checked with a volt meter or ohm meter. On either it should be smooth across it's range. Using the volt scale you can also check the idle voltage and full throttle voltage. Looks like you have a speed density setup, so the absolute end points are probably not critical if in range.
Scanner would tell a bunch, as would a vacuum gauge if TPS looks OK.
