I purchased my 1996 limited edition convertible in October 2011 and it ran great. The check engine light just came on so I took it to Advanced Auto Parts for a free diagnostic check.
It showed codes:
P0138 (Oxygen sensor circuit high voltage) Bank 1, sensor 2
P0140 (Oxygen sensor circuit no activity detected) Bank 1, sensor 2
P0171 Bank 1, system too lean
P0174 Bank 2, system too lean
P1371 Mfg code

Can anyone tell me what this means?
It means the aft o2 sensor on the drivers side is bad, or the wiring to that sensor is bad, or the cat on that side is bad. 9 times out of 10 it's just the sensor.
