[Please Help!] Need 85-89 Purge Control Solenoid...
If anyone has taken their smog stuff off or can get ahold of this little part, PLEASE help me out! GM disco'd this part and it's the ONLY thing holding my car at the body shop. (It's been in for going on 8 weeks!!) PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN!

Maybe this would be the part? It's in Ecklers catalog, it's the EGR Valve Solenoid. I seen an electrical connector and two vacuum ports.

aww yes. That's what I was thinking. Hmm..Jeff Kopp has a different part # than my body shop guy, for the Purge Control Solenoid..and I believe Jeff over Frank. SO, I think Frank got the purge control Solenoid off an LT1 perhaps.
Hey Scorp, just give me your solenoid since you're running headers. :D (I know, you still need it...but hey, you have a fast motor now, at least let me get my car BACK! :D) haha Sorry, lame humor.

I can get a pic of that if you need. I would just have to take the cover over the solenoid off.

I MIGHT have one.. I will look when I get home.. not sure though. I know I order one from jeff Kopp in August of last year. Did jeff say it was Discontinued?

Yep, Jeff said they were Disco'd and if you have one man, I'll literally fly there and kiss your rear! (the vette's rear bumper, of course :D) Seriously though, can you check, because that's ALL I need.
Don't you just love GM...disco'ing everything for the 85-89 Corvette...I think it's a conspiracy.
