Default Need help!! lt4 hot cam

I have my 96 Lt4 all tore apart rite, as soon as i get it put back together i am probably going to sell it. i wanted to know if i should put a hot cam in it while i have it apart. i didnt know if that would hurt me selling it with the loping idle, i know some c4 people dont want there cars to be modded. please give me your opinion.

If I were you I would put the hot cam in it and drive it! You'd be amazed at the difference, especially on an LT4 with it's better head design to begin with.

Otherwise it's hard to say. I probably wouldn't buy a modded car, but I modded mine. I think it would be hard to sell but I don't know. There's something about knowing the car hasn't been tampered with. Then again the hot cam gets along great with the LT4 and if it's stock exhaust it will be quiet enough to hide a lot of the lope.

That's a tough call man.

On the plus side.... it will still be all GM. That's the way I'm looking at it for my car.
