Vehicle speed sensor issue
Ok guys so I have done some searching but havent quite found an answer.
I hvae recenty lost my speedometer (lcd works fine just reads 0) on mt 89 6spd. I checked the connector on the transmission and its fine. I did check the circuit and found the yellow circuit 400 is showing open. My question is are the circuits supposed to be checked with the connector plugged in or not? Also if the wire is ok will a damaged cluster give me the same situation? Its frustrating as Im still trying to dial in my tune but the vss controls some of the idle and deceleration properties.
