c4 throttle repsonse
c4 throttle repsonse in my 1993 is horrible and sometimes it feels like it takes off and other times if feels like im driving a civic. its an auto any ways to improve this inexpensivly

Seems like you have an intermittent issue robbing you of power.
First off, how much gas do you have in it when it is 'civic' like? I'm assuming you have no check engine light or stored codes.
I know on my 94 if I get below a 1/4 I can get the fuel to slosh away from the pickup and the engine falls on its face.
The only intermitten problem I had with my motor was ignition related. The ignition system on the LT1 has its pros/cons. When its working, it works great, when its failing it causes all kinds of headaches. I had worlds of trouble with ignition modules before I converted to an LS1 coil/cylinder setup.
Start easy and look into the condition of your plugs/wires/coil/ICM - lastly optispark. When my original ICM failed I replaced with an aftermarket one, although new the quality just wasn't there and it'd show signs of failure once heated up. Same went for aftermarket coil.

thanks a lot i do need to check that out...
maybe not civic like.. but it seems sometimes there is two different levels of power and i feel it has something todo with overdrive maybe... sometimes ill floor it and for a split second it goes but a split second after that the power really kicks in... other times its like its just hitting that first stage and not really kickinig in all the power... maybe overdrive... maybe torque converter..?
