Default L98 electronic sensor question

I just removed my heads & TPI intake on my 88. I removed quite a few sensors and saw ones I've never seen.
1 .Sensor screwed into head at #1 & #3 spark plugs.
2. 2 sensors loacated on the front of the intake left of the thermostat by the fuel lines.
3. Sensor screwed into head at #6 & #8 spark plugs
4. Vaccum junction located behind thermostat on top of the intake. One line goes to EGR. Hard plastic vacumm hoses broke when removed.
5. Behind distributor near the rear intake seal is a "T" located on engine bell housing that has several connections tied together but all look different.

I had NO codes before the rebuild. Just want to clean up area and replace what wiil hard to get at again when all is put back together. Should I replace or clean? Any that I missed that you had to replace?

EGR solenoid ; controls the EGR valve
Vac to it from the port under TB (drv side )

Should be a one valve there ; rear line goes to tube in wiring harness on firewall ;
side port to cruise and vac ball under drv side headlight
Valve is fed from one of the vac ports on the plenum ( pass side)
