Default Ball Joints

So I took my '92 coupe in for a front-end alignment yesterday and the mechanic said it couldn't be done. He said I need lower ball joints. Should i just get Moog parts, or is there any other recommended brand?

Yeah, the drivers upper was recently replaced, and I was looking at doing both lowers and the passenger upper.

I just checked out the N.O.S. set from Corvette Recycling on their website. That seems like a GREAT deal. Is there anything to be concerned with like dry rotted rubber or anything?

Thanks!

NOS is fine, if it was stored properly. Inside, relatively stable humidity and temperature.

If you go with just the ball joints. Go Moog. It is good stuff.

So I am definitely leaning towards the N.O.S. arms. Will the rubber ball joint boots be fine, or should I get the Energy Supension poly boots?

mine were fine, they come with a protective cup over them at least mine did, and besides, it tough to remove the old boots.

CR will stand behind what they sell
