I parked my 93 approx 10 years ago & it ran o/k then.I am trying to get it running again. It turns over but wont start. I replaced the fuel pump & cleaned the tank. The fuel pump is not working. If I squirt ether in it it tries to start. Is there anything in the security system that keeps the pump from running? Any ideas? Thnx
With it sitting that long. I would check your rails for pressure.. seals might be destroyed
Next. Ohm test your inj.. a spray pattern test the inj's may be gum'd
Without pressure. 43#s Your pump could run all day long
And not start... Also Your regulator diaphragm could have deteriorated
Borrow a efi fuel tester.. they run about 28ish
Are you saying after you replaced your pump it does not prime???

Check your FP relay... also check the wires on the 2 oil pressure switches in the back of the block & notch on the intake check for 12v @ the fuel pump
