Reason: proofread
Clear sentences describing a problem or symptom with punctuation would help. Also proofread. As it is I do not have a clue what you are asking about.
When you are stopped at a light the RPMs "claims" up so you put the car in neutral because the brake could hold it. What do you mean?
Then if you try to give it some gas it would die. Then you let it sit for a few seconds and it rides fine. What are you trying to say?
Same for the headlight question. Try and state the symptoms so the problem is clear. We do not know what you intended to say as we do not read minds and intentions. We can only go with what is posted.
You should start by pulingl off your throttle body and clean it and inspect the IAC motor to see if it's working properly. Also make sure the throttle blades aren't getting stuck slightly open. Check to see if there are any diagnostic codes stored in the ECM. I don't think the TPS is adjustably on the LT1 so I wouldn't worry about it, unless it is showing a code for it. As the person above mentioned, you need to state your problems more clearly and proofread your post so that people can fully understand your problems. I have no idea what you are trying to say about your headlight problem.

Yes, it is a bit difficult to decipher your post. There are endless folks on the forum who are knowledgeable and eager to help, but the more clear that you can be in your description of the issue, the more likely you are to get accurate and helpful responses. Read your post out loud to yourself and I think that you will see why we are having difficulty understanding what your issues are.
