Car was running perfectly fine last week. Didn't drive it for two days, and then it's taking about 10 seconds of cranking to start. When it's hot it'll start right up.
I tried priming about 3 times, and it worked once, but isn't repeatable. I floored it to put it into flood mode and it was even harder to start.
From what I've been reading it may be the injectors leaking over time and draining the rails. Both the injectors and Fuel pump are stock.
I'm at a loss here, if nobody chimes in I'll just start throwing parts at it.

Sounds like you have a fuel pressure issue. I recommend you check fuel pressure, at Key On, Engine Off, it should come up to spec. on the first key cycle. Check it at idle too.
You can have other things leaking off too, such as the pump itself, fuel pressure regulator,etc...
FYI, diagnostics is usually cheaper than throwing parts at it. Fuel Pressure gauges at like $30 for a basic one. Just say'in....
Lol, that was an exaggeration. I was planing on putting a pressure gauge on it tomorrow, and if that shows good move on to the clamp method and see where it goes from there. Also, leaving work today I primed it up 5 times and it started a bit easier, so maybe it just needs some finesse.
Also, beyond the starting issue the car runs perfect and I did a tune up only a few months ago.
Something else worth checking, I do believe that the fuel pump circuit has a fail safe in case of blown fuse/bad relay that once oil pressure builds power is supplied to the pump. Not 100% on that.
I remember looking at those schematics before, you may be right. When cranking it I notice it won't start till the oil builds some pressure. I'll go check the fuses right now.
I can hear the relay for the pump, but not the pump itself. I remember it being slightly noticeable though, but not as loud as the walboro is in my camaro. Now that you mention it, I don't hear it at all.
Well, all the fuses are good, and after listening for the pump, I can hear it priming. I cranked it and it fired right up. Did that 3 more times and no problems. I don't really understand what's going on with it.

WTH? I hate intermittent stuff.
You may want to check the relay/replace?
Check grounds/connections in the circuit.
I suppose it is possible for the pump be one its way out and acting up. Cars can do very strange things, I try to keep my mind open to this fact.
The fact the relay is operating does not mean you are getting good continuity through the contacts.. The only way to be sure would be to check the contacts with a volt meter..
