Installing new exhaust question

Installing new exhaust question
Just picked up a new magnaflow exhaust for an 86 its from the Y-Pipe to the mufflers. My question is this a diy project since it just bolt on, or will I need a second hand? Also after I take out old exhaust should I put new exhaust together before installation and install as one whole piece? Any help or guidance would be great: step by step anything-thanks

I have my car in the air @ 12 inches on jack stands, you can pull them put and put them in easily
