Hey guys looking to put a new set of plugs in my 92 lt1 vette,in place of the factory plugs, its got bolt ons and some other mods, what's a good hotter plug to jump up from stock.any opinions appreciated.
If by hotter plug you mean a hotter heat range, this is probably not at all what you want, as this can cause pinging and possible engine damage. If by hotter you mean makes more horsepower, hate to break it to you, it's not that easy.
Factory plug is the AC Delco 41-906 I believe but wouldn't swear to it. Lots of people, myself included don't like the delco platinums. NGK makes a quality plug, the TR55 which is what I use. Delco non platinum R44LTS is a good plug, as is the Autolite 106.
