Default Main fan on when running

Just got it all back together and running well - started tuning all over again on my own and my issue is as soon as the engine runs the main fan comes on and stays on. Key on engine off the fan is off.
Been all through the 6E on tunerpro and the temps for on and off are correct (same as before the partial rebuild).
I did remove the firewall box for the AC and have tried all combo actions of jumping the pressure switches to no avail.
Checked the Datamasters logs and in viewing the data bits the second "fan request" is always checked as "on" from the beginning. All other readings in the data logs are correct (temp, etc.).
Sure it is something easy I am missing but I'm a bit dumbfounded.
Any suggestions?

What temp is displayed on the digital readout for coolant temps.
Wouldn't be 142 would it?

The startup temp according to Datamasters is in the 80's and it goes to the low 170's which is normal for my setup. The fan only runs when the engine is running - that is what is puzzling me. It kind of rules out relay (may just replace it anyway).
I am still wondering if it has anything to do with removing the AC box from the firewall and the pressure switches. I tried different combinations of jumping the switches again this afternoon - no joy.

Dash readout matches the data logs constantly.

I put the AC pressure sensors back on the connectors after removing them from the AC hard lines and the fan is back to normal operation.

I once had a BIN file with the Cooling Fan N/O Req Input checked which made the fan come on with the key and shut off at 195* and above.

What led me back to the AC box and hard line removal was when I displayed the data bits in Datamasters it always said AC requested (don't remember which bit it was off the top of my head). Checked old data logs and that bit was not requested, so I put the pressure switches back on and fan operation was back to normal. I'm not sure which one of the switches was responsible, I just put them all back on their respective wires.
