No Start
Turns over and wants to fire
Seems to be flooding out, I can press the throttle down and get some air in there and it wants to fire.
It has started twice for a couple of seconds
Fuel pressure is good at 43.5
Spark has been tested and confirmed, pulled the plugs and they are wet
Sat all winter and put in a new tranny, checked to see if I've knocked off any wires and it doesn't appear that I have
Could I have flooded it to a point where either I've ruined my plugs or needs to sit for a couple of hours and dry out?
Kinda just sitting and waiting for it to dry out know...so I figured I'd post to see if any of you might have some other ideas.
thanks
get a propane torch like a Benzomatic & dry them off with the flame for 10 to 15 seconds each.
You can clean them further with Carb cleaner.
Don't use brake cleaner.
brake cleaner with carbon tetrachloride will permantly foul the spark plug projected porcelain tips. Leaves an invisible highly conductive film that a high Kv spark love to travel on instead of jumping across the J- spark plug gap as it normally would.
Also take a squirt oil can & shoot 3 or 7 shots of your favorite engine oil into each cylinder.
10w30 is great.

I did finally get it running, ran very rough but finally smoothed out.
I have another set of new plugs for it ...maybe I'll throw them in.
thanks guys for your replies
Brake cleaned spark plugs are now junk.
Will pop & miss bad under WOT driving & high speed runs.
