Autox align. specs?

I went with VBP's advanced street setup with a twist. I dialed in -.5 in the front instead of the -.25. All the other specs. same as what they have. My caster is on the lower end at 5.3 Left side, 5.6 right side.
I only drove it at 8/10's on some curves on the way home, but I can say this. Turn in is much sharper, the car feels more neutral, the rear ends wants to follow the front, front sticks better so does the rear. I am anxious to try it at 10/10's in some auto-x.
FYI, I run the car on the street a lot so a strict auto-x alignment is out of the question, I do want SOME tire wear.
FYI, on the left side of my car I only have maybe on the front most part of the upper control arm about 3/32" of shims and 1/32" on the back. So about -.7 or 8 is the most I am going to get from my left side. The right side has 3/16" worth of shims on both positions.
Find a good alignment shop that will take the time to DO a GOOD 4 WHEEL ALIGNMENT. Too many toe and go shops out there.
