You will probably get a lot of opinions on these. I think the Eagle setup seems good. I would probably look at other combos for the heads.
You should do a quick search as there is a ton of info.

What is your goal?
You have a 383 rotating assembly and a top end assembly as your choices.
If you go 383, it shows .040 over pistons. Lots of machine work, and you'll need to work on the top end as well to get lots of ponies.
Now the two kits together and machine work could be a good runner

in kuwait zo6 is the king street race
i went race zo6 on my c4
i need engine to beat the zo6 and engine daily use. please

Ahhh, got it.
You want something over 400rwhp.
I'm guessing LSx engines aren't a dime a dozen over there.
Read these two LTx build up threads:
LT4 383 Rebuild
PRLX LT4 Build up
PM a couple of the builders in those threads, ask questions and listen.
Is there a machine shop around that can do the over bore, clearancing for the rods, etc?
