anyone have a direct email address for Alan @ PCM?
I tried calling the number on the website, but just got the sales/front office and they provided me a sales@pcmforless email address.

possibly in the "DEFROST" setting; the A/C evaporator coil acts as a dehumidifier to remove moisture from the air which other wise would be blown back upon the cold windshield and recondensing
