1988 climate control

1988 climate control

My AC climate control works only sometimes.The heater works fine but the climate control for AC will only work once in awhile.Any idea for a fix?

Those digital control units seem to be a little bit of a pain in the butt. Once in a while my panel will flicker, could be a loose wire on the back or a relay crapping out. I'm pretty sure there is a blower motor speed relay, but I'm thinking "The Control Unit" itself. I've been thinking about taking mine apart to see how it works and maybe cleaning any cotacts ,if possible.

I believe the control buttons operate the same for all years.
