Default motor oil for solid cam
what oil are you using on your solid lift L98. I've heard that some oils have graphite in them. What about Royal Purple.

I would look into AMSOIL's Z-Rod line. It has increased levels of zinc and phosphorus for added protection. It is recommended for high performance engines, or older style flat tappet cams, but will work well with roller lifters also.
