Ok just put in a new tranny and converter its on a 90 all stock. at 60 or so, TV cable is tight i may loosen it 1 click and it should be just perfect. At 70 or so sometimes sooner you have to back off just a tad and it shift into OD and when going like 30 in town it doesnt wanna shift sometimes.
So still working on the fine tuning but don't know if the TV cable and 1 click will take care of the bucking bronco or not. so my question is could it be the TPS because im sure everything in the tranny is new because it came from Jasper. or could it be the brake pedal switch?
It didn't do it with old tranny but im sure because it was slipping in 3 and 4.
Well at 60 it seems to miss and bad thats where the chuggle comes into play. At first I thought it was a miss but the faster you go it doesn't seem to do it or if I run it in 3rd. Just don't know if adjusting TV cable will fix it at all.

With that description, it makes it sound like a torque converter shudder.
Describing it as a miss makes me say that.
At 60 you would be in 4th with the Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) trying to lock up. Hmmm....
I'm not a transmission expert, what do the rest of you think?
If your accelerating the TCC will not be engaged. Or at least should not be.
Running in 3rd, or D, or Manual 3rd=same thing, probably disengages the TCC as well.
Not sure on that in the 700R4.
