Do any of the C4 corvettes have aluminum driveshafts. A friend of mine just put one in his GTX. It could be my imagination but it seems noticably faster. It would seem that aluminum driveshaft would be a good upgrade because it wouldn't put any extra strain on the engine or trannsmission like so many other high perf. mods do.
thanks that was fast. hey scorp someone told me your from massachusetts and are in my insurance age bracket under 25. if u don't mind could u share with me how much it costs you to insure a corvette in this state.
Well, it originaly cost me $1500 a year for full coverage. I then got 2 speeding tickets. Each of those up'd me yearly $300. Right now it is $2100/year.
yeah thats suocks i did get a ticket a year ago, i just wanted to get a ball park idea. that has to be for an entire year right, or do u take the car off the road in the winter?
thanx scorp, wow that car must be fun as hell to drive in the winter.
Honestly isn't too bad. Just drive it like you would a truck and you're ok as long as the snow isn't more than 3" accumulated on the roads. Although that was when she was stock, might be more difficult now.....
