Gotta buy a set for my 92. I've heard NAPA mentioned a couple of times and we have NAPA stores up here. (no Pep Boys or Auto Zone). Also, I have all the catalogs so I COULD order some.
I'm using NAPA brake pads on mine now and no problems. Very happy with them. I've heard the Mintex brand pads are excellent, too. Just ordered a set for my BMDubb daily driver.
Napa Ceramix. Guess I'll give em a try. How are they for squeaking and dust. Anybody out there using them now that would like to comment. I don't do any serious racing...but other folks around me do, so brakes are pretty nice to have.
Actually, mine work well, but lots of dust and I'm getting a very irritating and embarrassing squealing when I back up. Nothing forward.
depends what your looking for.....
brute stops for street, but dusty.
bendix met lock is good all around.
quitestops don't stop.
hawk black for track use.
