1995 Momentary power loss
Hi Everyone,
I got a wierd one for you, as usual.
I have a 1995, 6 speed.
I was running along at about 60 and was changing lanes to pass a slower car, i left it in 4th, just punched the gas.
When i did the motor just lost all power, but NO warning lights at all.
As i coasted to the side of the road, the engine was running, just no power.
When i stopped the car i got a very light flicker of the battery light, i then turned the key off and restarted and the car started like there was no problem and i had all my usual power.
I pulled the battery, cleaned the connections which were corroded, had the battery checked and it was fine.
Any ideas?
