92 popped back through intake
Car in garage all winter, started a few times, last time rev,ed engine and it popped loudly and stalled out. Took out today started ok ran for a while then started bogging down until it quit. Now wont start, sounds like it has no gas but has plenty.Fuel light on dash panel. Thoughts ?

Do you have spark at the plugs? Fuel Pressure?
Does it sound like (when cranking) it has compression ie. normal cranking sound not too fast. I would not do a compression test at this point but worth noting.
Start with those.

a severe exhaust restriction might cause intake backfires...like if you wiped a cam lobe off of the exh valve and the combustion has nowhere to escape except back out the intake...or maybe you have a melted catalyst.

borrowed fuel pressure kit today, I believe I hooked it up correct to Schrader valve. Turned on key, No Pressure at all ! removed guage, purged valve , hooked up again , No pressure. Changed fuel filter. Still won't start. Pulled plug wire, popped on a spark plug turned over can see spark. Pulled some plugs , very black.
