Don't know if you guys have seen this one before or not. Ran across it while surfing. Its about the same height as the HSR and fits SBC style heads and vortech.
Just throwing it out there.

Will it fit under the Corvette hood?

What does it cost?

Great find and thanks for sharing !!

Looks to me like like its a Holley Stealth Ram with a slightly bigger umbrella plenum.

Anybody know the price on it ? I'll consider buying one if its priced right and fits under the stock C4 hood.

I'm under the assumption they are. They recommend using the HSR fuel rails. I would also think it would flow better due to the design of the plenum.

Another advantage I think is the fact that it already angles the TB downward. As far as fitment under a stock hood I'm not sure. But according to my pics of the HSR under the hood a year ago or so it may be a close fit.

It sure looks like it says Holley in the center there. Looks like a neat way to mount a mid-plate and then run bolts from underneath to attach the plenum. I'll be curious to see how she runs.

I'd inquire about what they mean when they say "base heights can be modified to fit under factory third gen hood". I'm assuming they mill the base down until it fits but I wonder how low they can go.

IIRC - L98 china wall to hood is 9.150"
They list 10.375 at the front which looks to be about the china wall, but remember every inch back the hood rises up a bit more.

Looks like it will need a trim, either on the base or maybe if you can mill down the TB flange. Probably need ~1".

EDIT: on second look I don't think there is any to give on the TB.

Who is going to run one?

They claim that the runners are not straight on the base, which the HSR and miniram has, claims they are contoured with a bend to improve flow, sounds plausible, they guy is extremely knowledgeable, but as he told me, this is designed for a large cube engine really.

That up there in price with the F.I.S.T. I wonder how it performs.

It looks like it would also need something besides a TPI HEI distributor. The pic looks like it does have HEI-style wires, but it would be interesting to know if a stock-style L98 HEI can be used.

I know the HSR requires a small cap If i'm not mistaken the F.I.R.S.T. does as well.

It says on there that the small cap HEI is required.
I swear I can see "Holley" on that base.
I can grab another HSR for under $400 new. $1650 seems a little "up there".

I know what you mean.. The thought of buying HSRs to mod them for sale has crossed my mind more that once.
