Default high idle and code 45

hi everyone i bought an c4 convertible -89 last summer an i drove it about 1000 kilometers on my way home then the ses light came on an i got a code for the maf sensor i replaced it and the car ran fine for 2 kilometers moore then i got code 45 rich exhaust and now ive changed everything in the injectionsystem an in the ignitionsystem too and the car is running alot smoother but its idleing att 1500-2000 and when it reaches 90 degrees c the ses light turns on and code 45 is there again.
there is no vacuum leaks and if i pull the est cable it idles fine in 6-700 rpms same thing when im setting the base idle it idles att 400 but when i plug the iac in it rushes up to 1500 or moore

im from sweden so my spelling might be a bit off but i hope you can understand what im writing

Before you remove the IAC do you turn On the ignition for 30sec before unplugging the IAC cable?

If you jumper ALDL pins A&B with engine warm & running is the duration of the SES "On" equal to duration of the "Off"?

Error code 45 is an oxygen sensor problem. It could be the O2 sensor itself, but an OPEN connection between the O2 sensor and the ECM will also set this code.
