Default Brake Pipes

Hi,

I have to replace the rear brake pipes on my 89 Vette, can anyone tell me size of the pipe and unions, I believe they are M10 x 1mm and 3/16" pipe.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Default Update

Hi,

I can confirm that the flare nuts are metric and the size is M10 x 1mm, and the pipe is 3/16", the only different size is the larger fitting on the master cylinder, which is M12 x 1mm, with 3/16 pipe as well.

Hope this is helpful.

Used from the junkyard was going to cost $175. Since it will end up being a race car anyway...I think I'll shell out the extra $40 those guys want for the stainless ones.
